The implementation of the project, under the responsibility of COSPE, is geared to prevent and respond to climate change in eSwatini and Mozambique. There were defined resilient practices of mitigation of drought effects in this areas.
The contribution of the COSPE experts are related to the definition of the samples, field data collection, and their elaboration through Web GIS, and the implementation of the Monitoring Plan.
GisAction is involved in the development of the project cartography, configuration and management of the WebGis, remote sensing data analysis, configuration of the mobile app for the field data collection and analysis.
The methodology foresees the development of improved production techniques, more economically and environmentally sustainable, providing institutions and communities the skills and tools to guarantee a greater impact and future sustainability.
